Orders & Shipping

Who fulfills my order?

How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days. Delivery usually takes between 7 to 10 business days, depending on your location and the supplier.

Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s progress.


Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns?
For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns once an item has been delivered.

What if my product arrives damaged or is lost in transit?
If your product is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or there’s an issue on our end, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement. Please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery by filling out our Contact Form with your order details and photos (if applicable).

Can I get a refund if my order was delivered but I didn’t receive it?
Unfortunately, if we have received confirmation of delivery from the carrier, we are unable to issue a refund. We recommend checking with neighbours, your building’s front desk, or local post office before reaching out.
